About Us

UHY Haines Norton Perth is a well established medium sized accounting firm located in West Perth.  We provide Accounting, Taxation, Self-Managed Superannuation, and Business Advisory services to a diverse client base.  We are currently seeking an outstanding Graduate Accountant (or someone nearing completion) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, conscientious and diligent individual who poses good communication skills and a commitment to developing a career in the accounting profession.

We will provide the successful applicant with a challenging and rewarding career path with exposure and training.

The successful applicant must have a desire to complete the CA program and will be provided with support, mentoring and incentives to achieve this goal.

About the role

• Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for a diverse range of clients.
• Exposure to a variety of tax matters including CGT, FBT, GST and Div7A.
• Liaising with clients and external agencies.
• Support from Directors and team members.

Skills and Experience

• Degree qualified (or nearing completion) in Commerce (accounting or business).  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy, including Outlook, Word and Excel.  You will be trained to use specialised Accounting and Tax software on the job.
